Exchange Policy
- You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
- If the product is not defective or damaged (example: size or color change), a ₹99 exchange fee will be applicable.
- If the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item is delivered, the exchange will be free of charge.
Return Policy
- You can request a return within 3 days of delivery.
- If the return is not due to a manufacturing issue, a ₹199 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, a full refund will be processed with no fee.
