RETURN & EXCHANGE

All products are eligible for return raised within 3 days of product delivery.
Refunds are provided in your bank account through upi/bank transfers after the product is received and inspected for quality .

If you receive a damaged package from MECNEX, kindly reject the shipment at the time of delivery by providing the cancellation OTP and inform us immediately.
If the package appears to be in good condition upon delivery but you find a damaged, defective, or incorrect product inside, please DM us with the supporting images/videos and your order number within 3 days of delivery. Please ensure that the product remains unused and in its original condition as received. We will arrange an exchange for the correct product or proceed with a return and refund, as per your preference.
However, if you wish to exchange the product due to a personal preference, such as a change in size, colour, or article, a reverse shipment charge of ₹99 will be applicable.
If you wish to return the product due to personal reasons or preference, a reverse shipment charge of ₹199 will be applicable.
Important Reminder: You will not be charged any processing or reverse shipment fees if you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product from our side. Simply DM us with the supporting images/videos and your order number within the specified timeframe.
