At MECNEX, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 3-day easy Return & Exchange window from the date of delivery.

Exchange Policy

• You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
  
• If the product is not defective or damaged (example: size or color change), a ₹99 exchange fee will be applicable.
  
• If the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item is delivered, the exchange will be free of charge.
  

Return Policy

• You can request a return within 3 days of delivery.
  
• If the return is not due to a manufacturing issue, a ₹199 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
  
• If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, a full refund will be processed with no fee.
  

Important Conditions

• If the package looks tampered, open, or damaged, we strongly advise you to not accept it.
  
• If accepted, we require a full unboxing video (showing the sealed parcel to the product inside) to process cases involving:
  
  Missing product
  Wrong item
  Damaged product
  Manufacturing defect
  
  General Terms
• Items must be returned in original condition: unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
  
• Prepaid order refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  
• COD refunds will be processed via UPI or Bank Transfer.
